Finish Trainee-2nd Shift

A Finish Trainee is responsible for spraying parts for prime and doing any repair to parts to ready them for finish. Must be able to operate and maintain spray guns and pumps. Must be able to complete quality checks.

* Must be dependable, motivated, and a self-starter
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
* Must have an excellent record of quality workmanship
* Ability to read and understand gloss meter, mil thickness tester, and viscosity cup
* Ability to read prints and work orders 
* Ability to read and understand work procedures and job aids
* Ability to spray material evenly using a spray gun system along with the spray gun set up, cleaning, and maintenance

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• General experience with spraying/finish/painting/staining is preferred
