Part-Time Lumberyard Assistant

The Lumberyard Delivery Driver/Lumber Associate is to maintain customer service per Marvin standards, the accurate and efficient loading and unloading of all lumberyard related transactions. Additionally, Lumberyard Associates are responsible for maintaining the appearance of the yard and racks in an orderly and clean manner. Consistently demonstrate the highest level of ethical conduct when dealing with customers, team members and management.

• Maintain customer service per Marvin standards
• Accurate and efficient loading and unloading of all lumberyard related transactions
• Responsible for maintaining the appearance of the yard and racks in an orderly and clean manner
• Consistently demonstrate the highest level of ethical conduct when dealing with customers, team members and management

• A friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability and willingness to work in a group setting and positively contribute to a smoothly flowing experience for all customers
• Prior customer service or lumberyard experience
• Ability to spend an extended period of time working in a standing position
• Punctuality and accountability when arriving at work
• Ability to lift 100 pounds occasionally and pass physical assessment to a very heavy level
