Final Assembly - Production Associate

Ready for a hands-on role where you can move, build, and make an impact every day? At Marvin, our Production employees play a crucial part in creating high‑quality, custom-made doors for our valued customers. This is a physically active position, ideal for someone who enjoys staying on their feet, working with their hands, and being part of a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and quality.

This role requires consistent physical activity throughout the 8-10 hour shifts, including:

• Standing and walking on concrete floors for extended periods
• Safely lifting, pushing, and carrying materials up to 80-100 lbs repetitively
• Handling large products measuring up to 6–10 feet in length consistently
• Maneuver up and down ladders throughout the shift

• Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble made-to-order products
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen
• Build skills through cross-training opportunities

• A high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
